By accessing mosaikexperience.com or any MOSAÏK destination site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the sites.
Project status and forward-looking content
MOSAÏK destinations are in development. Concepts, renderings, experience line-ups, pricing, opening dates, and floor plans shown on these sites are illustrative and may change without notice. Nothing on these sites is an offer to sell securities or a commitment to deliver a specific experience.
Tickets and memberships
Ticketing, passes, and the MOSAÏK Tile membership are not yet available for purchase. Displayed pricing is indicative. When sales open, purchases will be governed by separate sale terms presented at checkout, including admission, refund, and exchange policies.
Intellectual property
The MOSAÏK name, logo, tile marks, renderings, photography, copy, and site design are owned by MOSAÏK Experiences Inc. or its licensors. Media may use press assets as provided in our press kit; all other reproduction requires written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the sites, including attempting unauthorized access, scraping at a scale that degrades service, or submitting unlawful or misleading information through our forms.
Third-party links
Our sites link to third-party platforms such as social networks and mapping services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation of liability
The sites are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, MOSAÏK Experiences Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the sites.
Governing law
